Little Nest
This HomeSchool provides a very friendly environment, full of LOVE and passion to develop children in every way. Our motto is:
Play, Learn, Grow Together!” 🙂
Little Nest HomeSchool is based on a family home care that helps children to transfer from their own home to a different environment where kids learn all social skills. This childminding service has a maximum of 5 children at one time in a group, ages between 3 months up to 4 years old. This small group setup is ideal for all children to start to practice their life without their parents and family but feel safe and getting lots of attention from the same childminder day by day and playing with the same little friends every day. We play, learn, and grow together. Permanence is very important in the early ages. Children can learn the importance of relationships and will know what they can expect from the people around them. A mixed age group can help them to mind smaller children, that they have to be gentle with others and they can learn lots of things from their elder friends. One-to-one interactions and small group activities can help them to build strong relationships for a lifetime.

I use the best educational toys which are entertaining and they never get bored of them. I also provide many innovative open-ended toys, which help children to use their imagination, creativity arouses curiosity, engages the imagination, and playfully trains basic motor skills and balance.
All the toys and types of equipment are for the children’s age and they are always replaced based on the Monthly Activity plan.

Little Nest’s Monthly Activity plan follows the Early Childhood curriculum which includes:
- Learn about themselves -IDENTITY
- Develop a sense of BELONGING
- PSYCHOLOGICAL WELLBEING (including feeling and thinking)
- PHYSICAL WELLBEING (physical heath, including exercises, physical activities). Enables children to explore, investigate, and challenge themselves in the environment.
- Learning by EXPLORING, Playing and THINKING
- COMMUNICATION: by using music, dance and drama we can encourage children to express themselves and connect with others.
As Little Nest is a small group-based childminding service I focus on the children’s individual needs and build a strong relationship with their parents. Parents are always welcome to have a chat with me about their child’s development and needs. I record their observation time by time and parents can share all their worries and perceptions with me (which works the opposite way too) and we can work on it as a team.

Little Nest provides 3 Homemade meals a day:
Breakfast
Lunch
Tea
Between the main meals, all children get some healthy snacks and plenty of water/milk/fresh homemade juice.
All food is based on a healthy and balanced diet and is followed all allergies and special expectations (vegetarian, religious)
